Description

This studio “tiny house” has one queen bed and a double convertible sofa. THe sofa is fine for children, but not very comfortable for an adult. Prefer 1-2 guests, but will consider 3 with discussion. Close to shopping, restaurants, theaters, parks, short drive to downtown. 30 minutes to the beach. 12% tourism and city taxes included in price, so you only pay the price you see! The space This is a brand new 200 square foot "tiny house" and I am so excited about it! The queen bed is very comfortable and the sofa converts to a double bed. If 2 adults want to sleep separately in the house, please let me know. The conversion process is a little tricky - I will leave out the directions and also make the extra linens available. I would charge an extra $5 for use of the second bed - to help cover cost of laundry. This little house feels very light, airy, spacious, and also quiet and private. It sits across the yard from my house - it is near the chicken run and I would be remiss if I didn't tell you that the chickens do get up with the sun! I try to get out and give them their morning treat the minute I hear them. I hope you will enjoy their company as much as I do. PLEASE NOTE - THE PRICE QUOTED ON AIR BNB INCLUDES THE 12% TOURISM AND CITY TAX, SO YOU ONLY PAY THE PRICE YOU SEE! Guest access There is a small deck with a bistro table and chairs that will be pleasant to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Chickens close by in the chicken run. You are free to enjoy the back yard, but the hot tub is not open for guests. I have just acquired a beehive which sits against the back fence and the bees are busily propagating and pollinating my backyard. Best to not approach the beehive - otherwise, they are completely harmless and just busy doing what they do! If you have a catastrophic response to bee sting, this might not be the best place for you - although, as I said, the bees couldn't care less about you unless you interfere with their work! Other things to note My 2 small dogs have free run of the yard. They can bark loudly, at first, but are very friendly once they know you.
