We offer our private casita within our secure compound in a resort setting. Complete with your own sitting area overlooking our private pool and mountain views. One has been upgrading of our beautiful casita. We’re at the final stages of our renovations and now can offer accommodations to our guests. And it’s beautiful so far. (It’s taking a long time because we’re doing the work ourselves). Please Heed that everything in casita in in working condition and some things are not finished. A diamond in the rough so to speak. Most of the tile is installed, new shower, new toilet and our Mickey Mouse sinks have been installed. We just need the finished touches and we’re almost done. The last bits are the bathroom sinks and paint. and then we’re done >Our Saltwater pool has also gone through some renovations and looks beautiful. It’s been completely improved. We have the warm weather perfect for every desert experience with the sunshine most of the time. We offer our private attached (It's been blocked from the rest of our home) casita with your own sitting area over looking the pool and break taking mountain views It’s the best view in the house actually. Although the Casita is a part of our private home, you will have complete privacy if you wish. We blocked this room from the rest of the residence and therefore there is no access to the house. You are completely separate.. Our compound is surrounded by a brick wall (locked gate) and very private for our guests. We ensure complete privacy and security within our complex. >Please note too. We also make available our Africa room to guests in the same complex. Therefore you may if rented share the pool area. But for the most part. Our guests have their own private areas. If our casita is not available, check out our Africa Room. Nearby are Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, (5 min away) polo grounds (Coachella and stagecoach) only 5 minutes away. Acrisure arena. Close to freeway 10 And all venues. >The pool area is in the rear of the home and is steps from the casita. >CIGARETTE SMOKING ALLOWED OUTSIDE ONLY AWAY FROM THE HOUSE. >We are MUCH quieter than a motel and some Hotels. The Casita features include a private entrance, private bathroom and pool/mountain view, private full large walk in shower, double sinks, new 27’ flat screen television that includes premium channels (HBO, Showtime and more), Wi-Fi, new king size mattress made with quality sheets and comforter. >The refreshment area offers coffee maker, (complementary coffee, cocoa and an assortment of herbal teas), the fridge has separate freezer and is stocked with water, orange juice and milk. >There is a microwave, plates, glasses and kitchen utensils for your use as well. >Our "Welcome" basket includes packaged cereal and popcorn for your eating pleasure. >The bathroom is equipped with the finest towels and washcloths, pool towels, shampoo, body wash , robe, hair dryer, closet space and iron. >You may also have the option of a daily cleaning service and/or laundry service if you so desire for an additional charge. You enter through the side gate located on Colima. You own private entrance. Take the foot path next to the pool, passing the large fountain towards the casita door (last slider) and discover a serene, quiet atmosphere within our private/secure resort style compound. Here at our resort style private compound, we basically offer you all the comforts of home combined with majestic views overlooking a refreshing poo for your relaxation time. >We welcome pets with open paws but we ask you adhere to a couple rules and of course your personal supervision of the fur baby is always required. PLEASE LET US KNOW THAT YOU’RE BRINGING YOUR FUR KID so we can include a fido welcome packet. We are located in the historical La Quinta Cove and are a short distance to old town La Quinta which offers fine shopping. Low rates per night depending on the season and weekly per availability. As always, pets are welcome but smoking cigarettes is not. 420 is legal in the state of California and therefore allow medical usage. PLEASE NOTE. THERE IS A $30 CHARGE FOR LOST OR BROKEN KEYS.
