Good size room with a comfortable bed.

My place is close to train & bus station, bus links to East Midlands Airport and city centre, art and culture, restaurants and dining. The railway station and city centre is a 10 minute drive and the bus routes to town and airport (Skylink) are a 5 minute walk away. The space Free parking is available on the road directly outside the house. Please keep in mind that on occasions there may be more than 1 guest needing parking, so please park as far forward as you can. Please do not park over the neighbours boundary. Guest access Kitchen, lounge and garden. There is a no smoking policy inside but if you wish to smoke outside, there is a covered deck area. During your stay Always able to help and provide information on request. If you need directions to the house, please let me know. Other things to note Kitchen: When using the kitchen please wash and put away all the utensils you've used, as soon as you've finished cooking. Please ensure cooking is completed by 9pm and all surfaces are wiped down. Bathroom: As this is a shared bathroom please be as quick as you can and leave it clean and tidy for the next person.
