During the spring and summer months the gardener comes by weekly to mow the lawn between Monday-Friday in the afternoon. It all depends on the weather. A nest thermostat in the living room, and manual thermostat in the downstairs bedroom which controls the heat not only for the kitchen and bedroom downstairs but the upstairs as well.
