Each apartment will be provided with a secondary key to ensure the privacy and security of our visitors. During your stay, our maintenance and host staff will be available to assist with any booking-related needs, including turning the heat pump, lights, or pool filter on or off. It is essential that we maintain smooth communication and that arrivals are planned in advance. We have a one-hour wait tolerance regarding the agreed check-in time. Our main goal is to provide excellent service consistently and make sure your space and services are always available. It is also vital that all our guests comply with the house rules, which are visibly located in all spaces for your comfort and safety. Other things to note House Rules Our main objective is to provide you with a pleasant and comfortable stay with the best services, so it is of vital importance to abide by the following rules: • Check-in and Check-out: Check-in will be after 3:00 PM. Check-out must be before 12:30 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional costs. • Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment without prior notice. If pets are allowed, an additional fee will be charged for special cleaning of armchairs and mattresses. • Occupancy: The apartment's occupancy must be as agreed in the contract. Any additional person will generate an additional charge. • Quiet hours: The limit for music and noise in general is until 10:30 PM. • Admission of people: We reserve the right to refuse admission to people who are in an inappropriate condition. • No smoking: In case of smoking in non-cleared areas, a $1,000.00 fee will be charged for cleaning and neutralization. • Furniture: Moving furniture outside the house is not allowed. Any damage or details due to misuse of the furniture will generate an additional charge. We have additional chairs and tables for the barbecue area and gardens, please request them. • Electricity: We do not have a power plant and depend on electricity from the CFE company. Any negligence or non-compliance with the established rules will incur an additional charge to cover cleaning and restoration costs. Pool Rules POOL AREA: • The pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. • People who use the pool do so at their own risk. No diapers in the pool. • Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. • The following will not be allowed in the pool area: food; glasses, plates, glass bottles, balloons, large inflatables (donuts, mattresses, etc.) or other objects that may contaminate the water or damage the filtration system. • Drinking in the pool is strictly forbidden. Drinks will only be allowed in the pool bar areas. • Anyone who is not registered with the administration will be asked to leave the property. • It is forbidden to perform acts against morality and social order. • Smoking cigarettes, cigars and/or pipes, as well as ingesting any psychotropic substance, is prohibited under Article 248 of the LGS. • Appropriate swimwear must be worn in the pool. Avoid wearing casual clothing or garments that damage the filtration system. • Users are liable for any damage caused to the pool property during use. Charges will apply for any damage caused, including but not limited to furniture, equipment or facilities. • Any negligence or failure to comply with established hygiene standards will result in an additional charge to cover cleaning and restoration costs.
