Recently renovated in 2015 by designer Melissa Serfling of Red Cat Melissiana in Taos, there are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and the upstairs bedroom has two comfy twin beds with reclaimed barnwood headboards and a great view of the mountains. Enjoy DirecTV and high speed internet with WiFi access throughout the house. A 40" Smart HDTV in the great room allows you access to stream movies via Netflix or music through Pandora. Radiant heating and a wood burning fireplace will keep you warm in the winter or on cool summer mountain nights. There is an utility room for storing wet ski gear and a washer and dryer. The house is set up to enjoy family fun on the mountain. There are walking sticks for hiking and sleds available for the kids to enjoy sledding right out the back door.
