Enjoy your Denver stay in the popular Highlands neighborhood with easy access to I-25 and I-70! This listing is for a centrally-located 1 bed/1.5 bath townhome. The townhome consists of 4 floors, where the 4th is a rooftop with a city view! This townhome is my primary residence, so if you're seeing this listing, that means I'm out of town for a vacation of my own! I hope you enjoy my home as much as I do while you're visiting Denver. License: 2021-BFN-0010913 The space 1st floor: half bath and garage 2nd floor: kitchen, living room, dining area. The couch in the living room is cozy and big enough for someone to sleep on. Watch a movie on the smart TV or grab a game! Note: no cable/satellite, only streaming. Other than the bedroom and the couch, 2 people could also sleep on a 6”, foldable, queen mattress that I store in the closet. That mattress fits in the living room in front of the couch. This is why I list this for up to 5 guests, however please note that there is *only one bedroom*, which comfortably sleeps 2 people. 3rd floor: The bedroom and full bath are on this floor along with a laundry closet with washer & dryer. The stairs and floor are carpeted and I ask that no shoes be worn on the carpet. This is also where the primary bedroom is, but it will be locked during your stay (this is actually a 2 bedroom home, but my personal bedroom is not part of the listing). 4th floor: rooftop with city view! Guest access You'll have access to the majority of the townhome, with one exception: The primary bedroom. This is my personal bedroom that will remain locked during your stay. This is actually a 2 bedroom home but my personal bedroom is not part of the listing. The front door is equipped with a smart lock that requires the August Home app to access. The garage is operated with the myQ app. Other things to note Just to reiterate, this townhome is my primary residence. I hope that all guests respect my home and take care while enjoying their vacation! I love where I live and I'm excited to share it. PRICING TRANSPARENCY: Please note the $125 cleaning fee which is a flat rate no matter the length of stay. I have the entire space cleaned professionally before each reservation and it’s the same cleaning service between reservations while I’m gone. On top of the nightly fee and cleaning fee, Airbnb adds the applicable taxes and charges a guest fee. Those currently come out to about a 27% additional charge.
