The space Welcome to our home! The entire space is yours for the duration of your stay. As this is our family home, we kindly ask that you treat it as you would your own. We have four lovely chickens and a veggie garden in the front yard—feel free to pick fresh produce during your stay! Our hope is that you leave feeling refreshed, rested, and lighter. BEDROOMS All bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the home has ducted air conditioning throughout. - Bedroom 1 – King bed with en-suite - Bedroom 2 – Single Bed (with optional single floor mattress) - Bedroom 3 - Single Bed (with optional single floor mattress) - Bedroom 3 – Double Bed * Please let us know at the time of booking if you need the extra single mattress so that appropriate linen can be provided. LIVING SPACES The home features an open-plan design with two dedicated living areas, one of which has a smart TV. There is a desk space and keyboard piano for your use. KITCHEN Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a dishwasher, microwave, and a Thermomix for easy meal preparation. Enjoy fresh coffee with our French press, and stay hydrated with filtered drinking water. Whether you're cooking a family meal or just preparing a quick snack, you'll find everything you need. OUTDOOR SPACES The front yard includes a veggie garden, a fire pit, an outdoor kids’ kitchen, swing and tree house. The back deck is perfect for outdoor dining under the open sky, illuminated by festoon lights at night. An outdoor hot shower is available—perfect for rinsing off after a beach or surf session. The backyard features a stunning ozone/magnesium pool, a trampoline, an exercise area, and a children’s fort. UTILITIES The house runs on solar power. To be energy-efficient, we kindly ask that washing and drying be done during daylight hours. PARKING You may park in the driveway (uncovered) or use street parking directly in front of the house. Please only park in front of our property and be mindful of our neighbors. THINGS TO KNOW - Quiet hours: No loud noise after 9 PM, as Noosa Council has strict noise control regulations. - Linen & Towels: We provide bed linen and bath towels, but please bring your own beach towels. - Additional Bedding: Let us know before arrival if you need extra bedding.
