Here you can use a small room under the roof, with its own toilet and shower!! To the cities: Pforzheim, Leonberg, Böbingen, Sindelfingen, Stuttgart Airport take about 30 minutes. You should plan 45 minutes to Stuttgart or Karlsruhe. A sports bar is within walking distance. A bus stops right in front of the property. The space The room is under the roof. There is a small window, which means it does not get so warm in summer. In case of high heat, air conditioning can be provided for a fee. Guest access Except for my bedroom and office, the other rooms are accessible! The bathroom and toilet are for the guest, I myself use my own bathroom, as well as the room with washing machine and toilet! For longer bookings, the washing machine can also be used for a fee! Other things to note Use of the kitchen is possible, e.g. to make coffee! If the guest wants to use the kitchen, even for cooking, a flat fee will be discussed!
