This home in Maricopa is on the best part of the Duke Golf Course in Rancho El Darado, is a full time Airbnb house and is 4,200sqft, 7 bedroom, great for families, large groups, teams, reunions, ladies trips, golf trips, business travel, etc. 35min to Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl Airport, 8min to Copper Sky Recreation Complex, 10min to Ak-Chin Casino and Ultra Star entertainment complex. 20min to Wild Horse Pass Casino and Chandler AZ. Close to everything in Maricopa. Casa de sol = House of Sun The space This is a full time Airbnb home on the Duke Golf Course. Overlooking the club house, the golf range, the start of hole 1 on the left backyard, the end of hole 8 in the front yard and the start of hole 9 going back to the 'turn' at the Duke clubhouse. The Duke is a beautiful 18 hole golf course in the Rancho El Darado community and is open to the public. We decorated and staged the house for both large groups, business travelers and small families. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances, the entire house has all new furniture and all new beds as of June 2017. The sun always shines in Maricopa so the house is light and bright with a southwestern Kokopelli theme and decor. Guest access entire house and property (back yard with pull and hot tub) Other things to note The TV's in the house do not have cable channels. They are smart TV's so you can use your streaming services. No parties are allowed Parties are not allowed on site. Guest events that are cleared with the host are allowed as long as quite hours are followed. No on-street parking or parking in the surrounding neighborhoods. The neighbors will have cars towed and will call the Sherriff's office. This is enforced by the HOA. You are only allowed 6 vehicles on-site with your booking. If you think you will have more then that you must notify us to discuss options. Extra parking is available a short walk around the corner. You must park in the driveway or inside the garage. Do not park in any other areas. The pool is heated and we have weekly service with a local pool cleaning/maintenance company. Its cleaned every Friday afternoon year round. Pool Heating Availability The swimming pool at this property is not heated by default. Pool heating is available upon guest request at the time of booking or prior to arrival and is subject to mechanical functionality, weather conditions, and utility service availability. Retroactive requests for pool heating will be considered on a case by case basis but is not guaranteed. Heated Pool Disclaimer While we make every reasonable effort to provide pool heating when requested, pool heating systems are mechanical and may occasionally be unavailable due to equipment failure, weather conditions, maintenance needs, utility interruptions, or other circumstances beyond the host’s control. Credit Policy if Spa/Hot Tub, Pool or Pool Heating Is Unavailable If the Hot Tub, Pool or Pool heating cannot be used or heated and is therefore unusable during the guest’s confirmed stay after a timely request, the guest will receive a credit of $100 per full day the heated pool is unavailable. The maximum total credit for the entire stay is capped at $300 No additional refunds, discounts, or cancellations will be issued beyond this stated credit This credit represents the sole and exclusive remedy for pool or heated pool unavailability Airbnb Policy Alignment This policy is disclosed in advance in accordance with Airbnb’s Rebooking & Refund Policy, which allows hosts to define: Amenity availability conditions Reasonable remedies for amenity failures Caps on compensation when clearly disclosed prior to booking By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms.
