Overlooking the club house, the golf range, the start of hole 1 on the left backyard, the end of hole 8 in the front yard and the start of hole 9 going back to the 'turn' at the Duke clubhouse. The Duke is a beautiful 18 hole golf course in the Rancho El Darado community and is open to the public. We decorated and staged the house for both large groups, business travelers and small families. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances, the entire house has all new furniture and all new beds as of June 2017. You will want a vehicle There are 4 new large flat screen TV's in the home with all the cable channels and all can link to your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and your other internet TV services. We have setup the TV's to the wifi already so you only need your service user name and password your internet TV service. All 4 TV's have a cable box and cable remote. The great room 75inch 4k TV has a sound bar with remote, Blue ray DVD player with remote along with the TV and cable remote. The master bedroom 55inch 4k TV has a sound bar remote, DVD remote along with the TV and cable remote. Bedroom # 3 with the two queen beds has a 55inch 4k TV with TV and cable remote. The downstairs living room 65inch 4k TV has a TV and cable remove.
