The space This Craftsman style house was built in 1913 and sits on 3/4's of an acre. The lot is adorned with beautiful plants and trees including a mature pecan, wisteria vine, pomegranate trees and much more. Since the house is adjacent to Alpine Creek, dusk and dawn brings frequent sightings of mule deer and javelinas. The home was completely restored and updated in recent years. The interior is super clean and the décor is lovely and unique. A special alcove off the dining area holds historical items found during renovation.
