Even if cleanliness is on top of our priority, plus being in a tropical humid place, sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances like roaches and ants that will be visible in the units.  Pool & kids playground is located in Level 1, opens from 6am to 930pm (payment of pool use at AVIDA ADMIN office hours only from 8am to 5pm) No guarantee on pool use, very limited access due to quarantine protocols. Only upon check-in, get a pool pass right away IF available, no advance reservations on pool use. Other things to note Our same day booking window closes at 8PM. Pls feel free to book ahead. We will make sure you will have a comfortable stay in any of our condo units, a quality service and a clean accommodation.
