SanvinaFarm is a stunning 4-bedroom pool villa with bathtub and open shower, overlooks the breathtaking mountains of Karjat. The layout of the home: There is a spacious living room with a dining area, swing and an ensuite bathroom and a staircase leading to a mezzanine room located above the dining area. 2 bedrooms are accessible from the living area and come with an ensuite bathroom and king-size bed. The other 2 bedrooms can be accessed from the common verandah and boast huge sliding doors and an ensuite bathroom. One of these rooms offers an open bath while the other boasts a bathtub. Guest access Guest can access the entire villa and the open spaces. We want our guest to enjoy and relax during their stay with us. We have a great chef at the villa and hence the kitchen access is denied. However, mothers of infants or small children will have limited access to boil milk or prepare their kids' meals. Other things to note -The security deposit and meal payments will be collected ONLINE only. -4 bedrooms can accommodate 3 guests each • Guests need to mandatorily submit ID cards of all the members of the group and pay meal charges along with security deposit prior to check-in. • The villa has a wifi with a speed of 30-50 mbps which might be patchy at times depending on the weather conditions. • The mezzanine room does not have a door or an attached washroom. • The road to the home has several bumps, thus not advisable for pregnant women and guests with back issues. • The resident dog, Simba, a great dane is quite friendly and so are the ducks and geese. • During monsoons, be sure to be mesmerized by waterfalls that surround the home. • The pictures on the website were shot during monsoons. The surroundings may not match the pictures during the other seasons. • The river dries up post monsoon i.e. till December. • Smoking is strictly prohibited. • Outside meals are not allowed in the home. • MEALS : Adult Veg- 1800 + GST Non-veg- 2000 + GST Child Veg and Non-veg- 1400 + GST Meal charges has to be paid prior check in.
