Driving distance: -11 minutes from Marta Doraville Train Station; -23 minutes from CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention), Emory University and Downtown Atlanta (World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium); -32 minutes from Atlanta International Airport. The space This is an old home with some renovations and upgrades. Owners live upstairs with 2 kids. Downstair units are rented with 3 other guest rooms. Private rooms, but one shared bathroom, shared kitchenette, laundry room (provide your own laundry powder). Access to the upstairs kitchen, dining and deck. Living Room for homeowners only. Guest access Upstairs full kitchen (cooking) - oven, stove, microwave. Refrigerator downstairs Kitchenette downstairs Full Bathroom downstairs (shared by all guests) Dining room upstairs During your stay Most guests are long term and we feel like family.
