The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a confortable stay. The space Our brand new cosy one bedroom flat is a unique getaway in Montreal. It is situated in a quiet and friendly neibourghood where you can go and relax after your day in Montreal. We live right by the St-Lawrence river where you can go out for a lovely stroll during all 4 seasons, next to 2 metro stations on the green line that take you downtown in 15 minutes, with easy access to highways and easy free parking on the street, Verdun is a friendly up-and-coming neibourghood to discover. We've lived here for 9 years, we love it and will stay for as long as possible! On Wellington street one block down you will find everything you need and discover lovely shops, cafes and restaurants (a full list of our favorite places is waiting for you at the flat) and the apartment is both confortable and stylish. We live upstairs and will be happy to assist you in any way so you can fully enjoy your stay. Looking forward to hearing from you. Guest access The whole flat is yours during the stay. Other things to note We speak French, English and Spanish and will be happy to communicate with you in either langages. This house has the charm of the typical Montreal houses: sound travels, so we ask you to be careful with noise after 11pm, no loud music after this hour.
