Treat yourself to our 2 bed 2 bath penthouse with glorious city views from the stunning balcony Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, utensils, coffee, tea, plus other essentials Sleeps 6 guests, with 2 queen beds and a air mattress upon request.. - Large 55" Samsung Smart TV & wifi - Highpoint Shopping Centre across the road - Secure undercover parking - Washer, dryer & dishwasher The space The highlight of our apartment is the expansive >50 sqm wraparound balcony offering exquisite 270 degree views from the city skyline, to the meandering Maribyrnong River and surrounding parklands, and stretching all the way to the northern and western suburbs of Melbourne. Every morning you're treated to a glorious sunrise over the horizon directly into your living room to enjoy with your morning coffee, and in the evening you can gaze at the idyllic sunset off the balcony to the west. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with brand new, high quality, comfortable mattresses. The master bedroom (with ensuite) has a plush soft mattress and the second bedroom has a medium-firm mattress to suit different sleeping tastes. Please note: There is currently some construction work across the street until mid October 2025 and end date may vary depending on whether there are delays. This work results in sound travelling from 8AM - 4PM as they’re extracting soil from the ground. If you’re a light sleeper that likes to sleep in, this may not be an ideal apartment during this time. Guest access You will have the whole apartment to yourself, but our bet is that you won’t ever want to leave the balcony! Other things to note The apartment has a private dedicated car park in the secure undercover garage. Remote access will be provided. There is also plenty of free visitor parking at the front and behind the building. Safety & Security Cameras: As the property is within an apartment complex, please note there are cameras outside where the mailboxes are, in the lobby, in the carpark, inside the lift and there is a camera in the shared hallway to enter the property. There are NO cameras on the inside of our property. Minut Sensors - we use non-invasive sound sensors to ensure a respectful noise level is maintained during your stay. These sensors solely monitor sound decibel levels and do not record any conversations or audio. If the noise surpasses 80 decibels (comparable to a house party), you will be notified to reduce the noise. Repeated violations may lead to eviction due to our apartment's location in a dense residential area where parties or loud noises are not permitted. BOND PAYABLE FOR HIGH RISK BOOKINGS Please note additionally that if you are a guest that does not have any reviews or are booking a one night stay, a $500 bond/security deposit is payable to reflect the higher risk in booking. This security deposit is payable at the time of booking and is fully refundable provided that the house is returned in good condition and the house rules are observed.
