Bright, artsy space. One mile or less to Decatur Square, Agnes Scott, Columbia Seminary, and a short drive to Emory, Midtown ATL or Stone Mt. Outdoor eateries, fine dining, coffee shops, bookstores, and gardens abound in this relaxed, vibrant area of Atlanta. Make yourself at home in the living space with kitchenette (NOT full kitchen) and outdoor deck to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Park in our driveway, just steps from the front door. The space Private entrance through a cozy bedroom with comfortable queen bed and armoire, full bath, living room with couches, a kitchenette (NOT A FULL KITCHEN - sink, mini-fridge, microwave, French press for coffee, countertop), and a deck overlooking a woodsy backyard. We live upstairs, so expect the usual coming and going noise from above. There is one queen bed in bedroom. If you are new to Airbnb or a light sleeper this may not be the best fit. A family of three lives upstairs with a dog so there is noise from us coming and going. Guest access The space is the first floor of our house with a separate entrance and driveway parking. Located in Winnona Park neighborhood very close (1 mile- 20 minute walk) to Decatur Square, MARTA station, and 1/2 mile to Agnes Scott College. There is a private entrance into the bedroom with comfortable queen bed. A private bath, and an ample living room with kitchenette overlooking wooded backyard. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking, no vaping anywhere on property. No pets allowed in the apartment. There is, however, a dog living on the property. He is not allowed downstairs in the Airbnb space.
