Private bedroom in a new built one-story house, locating in a peaceful community that blends the natural surroundings, including a beautifully manicured park complete with a fishing pond. Great and quite neighborhood, close to Lake Ray Hubbard, shopping centers, and restaurants (a 10-min drive to Costco, Kohls, 8-min drive to Fate downtown, 5-min to Brookshire). You will enjoy the whole privacy in the bedroom and shared the bathroom with the guest from the other room. The space This is one-story, single-family house, hosting by a couple who lives in the property. You will enjoy entire privacy in the bedroom with comfortable queen size bed and the shared bathroom with the other guests. Common spaces are shared, please see details in "Guest access". Guest access The house is just 5 minutes from Highway 30. Guest can access to the shopping centers and restaurants in Rockwall 10 minutes away, Fate downtown 8 minutes away. Guest may enjoy the fresh air and the beauty of nature by walking around the park with the fishpond in the community. Guests have whole access to their bedroom and shared the bathroom. There are minifridge, coffee maker with K-cup pods available in the kitchen for guest enjoyment. Guest is welcome to use the study room for work, the office desk is available there.
