The private outdoor patio will have your family in awe of the spectacular views of the Deer Valley base, and a gorgeous pond, where you can set out on a paddleboard or kayak directly from the backyard of this condo. Other things to note Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
