Guest access The patio may be a shared space in the event there is a guest in the studio apartment. From the parking lot and back porch patio you can enjoy the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets with brilliant colors reflected in the clouds taking on the red and orange hues as the sun sets and rises. Smoking outside premises is allowed; please remember to close doors and windows to prevent smoke from entering the house. Please enjoy your stay and be courteous to neighbors. Other things to note Please park in the parking lot next to the house. You can park anywhere at the side of the house. all that space is yours to use. Great for RV's, trailers, boats and more.
