Gammelstua in Råkvåg

Welcome to Gammelstua and the cultural monument Vorphaugen Gård - farmhouse from ca. 1830 - right in the centre of Råkvåg. Here you live in a charming thruster loan that takes you on a journey back in time, but at the same time has all modern facilities. In our historic garden there is good living space for the whole family. Here you can barbeque and enjoy late summer nights. Some of the photos have been taken prior to refurnishing and the beds have now been upgraded to brand new continental beds. The space Within 3 minutes walking distance from the farm you will find the historic pier row with its cafes and restaurants, grocery shopping and boat docks. From the farm there is also a short distance to child-friendly sandy beach, opportunities for crabbing for the smallest, as well as a number of nice hiking and outdoor areas just outside the door. In the summer there are also a number of events such as concerts, festivals, theatre and much more! Something for the whole family! Other things to note The house is from 1830 and unfortunately due to steep stairs up to the bedrooms and high door logs the house is not prepared for people with disabilities.
