Reasonable unique Pet Friendly private room&bath

My mid century home is in a quiet diverse neighborhood about an 1/2 hour to downtown Philly .Driveway parking .House is actually situated on Stotesbury Estate .One of the original statues from the estate sits at the top of my driveway. It's mid century..with original slate floors with radiant heat. They are beautiful and add to charm of house, but not carpeted like a hotel. Bedroom has new queen size bed . comfy chair .Built in desk .Can be used for lap tops /working OR used to put on make up The space My house has been described as interesting. It's a mixture of antiques ( like the Mozart lamp in my dining room ) and “found objects “ I have a wall of collected art work from my travels and photographs taken by my daughter and friends . I have a wonderful back porch Comfy furniture with Great place for morning coffee. If you are lucky will see all sorts of birds or animals Guest access Kitchen use I run a test kitchen AND I am writing a cookbook . New counters , new stove fully stocked including antique potato masher .New refrigerator. . I will leave whatever I am recipe testing on counter along with freshly ground coffee for guests in Am Refrigerator is shared I allow cooking BEFORE 8 PM I have expensive pots, but well used . If you are looking for a perfect kitchen , and or never used potsplease stay at Ina Garten's B and B During your stay Depends? But can be arranged... Other things to note MOST creatures including 4 legged ones ( please check with me for details ) I have my own cat .
