New for your family's vacation pleasure, The Getaway is our home to you. A 3.0 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a private bathroom and jetted tub. A stylish modern 2 level with all three bedrooms on the upper level. Offering elegant features, tasteful accessories and a great view of the river from 2 separate decks. Come walk into hardwood floors, wrought iron grill stairways and a stone and steel kitchen with a seated prep island. It’s all here for you and yours. Getaway now! The space A residential home with the bedrooms all on the upstairs level. Note for accessibility needs. Please also know the home and property are not ‘baby proofed’ in any form either. All three rooms have a single king bed, nightstand(s) and attached closet space, 2 with walk-ins. The rooms are all spacious and accommodating. All the bedrooms have curtains and window privacy. The sunrise light can catch you in the morning but it can be a beautiful thing to see from the East facing bedrooms. The main floor has an ample living room , and the kitchen area has sit-in dining for six with basics provided. The fenced-in back yard offers a great view and allowance for an animal. The rear yard has a chain linked bluff so diligence should be taken about the use and safety while occupying. The laundry room and the half bath are off the kitchen. Guest access The house has 'all guest access' except for a locked supply storage closet in the kitchen and car garage use. The house parking has a limit of 2 vehicles for parking in front with open parking on the nearby street for more. The garage is currently being used for storage and isn’t included in Airbnb guest parking and cannot accommodate a vehicle at this time. **Please be aware the house has a shared driveway and refrain from using the front of the house for any gatherings or sustained recreation for the neighbors peace of mind. *** Last important part on parking. Please do not back up into the other two house carports or driveways below us when exiting. There are often children playing there and it can further interfere with the owners use and exiting and often can set their dogs off barking. We love the jewel of a house and view and appreciate guests being respectful of the neighbors and their properties. Other things to note Ask is to be conscious of water spilling on the wooden floors and in the bathrooms in general. The jetted tub is wonderful but can result in splashing if filled beyond the suggested level. It has an overflow valve but you’ll note that the level raises quickly when you immerse yourselves into it. Please use towels to remedy and all will be fine. To fill up and empty twist up or down on the silver knob between the seats and you’ll see the draIn plunger move. It has a remote and FM/AM radio too. Looks like something Speed Racer would drive. The kitchen doesn’t have a disposal so utilize the waste cans for larger food waste. The main waste can for service is a blue receptacle on the side of the house. Finally the sliding glass doors have locking mechanisms that are in the handles with a simple pull/push movement. That’s most of the fine print we can think of.
