This charming studio is located inside an old farmhouse, completely renovated. A few minutes drive from the sea and the historic center of Modica, you will experience a wonderful vacation immersed in the nature of the Modican countryside. The space This delightful studio, on the first floor of a beautiful farmhouse, also has a panoramic terrace, shared with the guests of the Campailla room, from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding countryside to the Mediterranean Sea. Guest access The Poidomani room is part of a structure that consists of five other rooms. Guests in all the rooms have access, in addition to the booked room, to a relaxation room - equipped with TV and books by local authors- and the cozy breakfast room. Outside there is a playground and bocce court, as well as a wonderful countryside to explore. Other things to note The price of the rooms does not include the Tourist Tax which, in our municipality, for the farm structures, is equal to 1 € per person per night.
