Within 15 to 20 minutes to Beaches, Sea World, the World Famous San Diego Zoo, the Convention center and to other major attractions in San Diego! The space Very open and airy home with swimming pool, sunroom, kitchen, dining room. This home has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bath. Master bedroom has queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom is an office with a twin bed. Both bedrooms are close to guest bath with tub and shower. New carpet throughout the house. Guest access The whole house is accessible with the exception of a personal closet. There is a sparking Swimming Pool in the gated back yard. For $75 if you request ahead we will put up an additional fence. Please note there is NO LIFEGUARD! Tenant, (GUEST) assumes all risks and is completely responsible for ensuring security of pool. Children must be supervised at all times. The kitchen is a fun workplace with pots and pans and many supplies. Some breakfast items and drinks available. Other things to note We will be readily available to answer questions or solutions!! The swimming pool service comes on Monday at about noon. The gardener comes Tuesday morning at 9 or 9:30. They've been working for us for 15 years and are very reliable. Lila will occasionally pick up her mail and water when convenient for you.
