Property is one level and consists of 4 bedrooms. 2 in main level and 2 in the basement.. You will share the house with other guest if dates are the same in coincidence. The space Have in mind you will share the house with other guests and the precautions you will need to have these days with Covid. You may not want to be a part of sharing. Driveway has enough room for two cars. You will enjoy the gray sofa bed while you watch your favorite shows on the 49¨smart TV. Just enter your login info to access Netflix. YouTube. Free WiFi for your devices as well. Charge your phones directly from the lamps on bedside tables. There are 4 outlets in the room. The bedroom features a comfy queen bed and 4 nice pillows and it is attached to the bathroom. A nice closet for you to store your clothes and six wooden drawers. A desk and a chair. Mostly everything you need for your stay . For longer stays a laundry washer/dryer is available in the basement. We encourage you to treat it like your home. **Late Check Out: We strive to have our units ready on time for our next guests. To do this we need your help in checking out at the designated time of 11 a.m. If for some reason you can't be out by then, please contact us. There will also be a late check out fee of $20. This is a single house with 4 bedrooms. During your stay, we may have other guests staying in the other bedrooms. We would like to request you to please keep it quite specially during the night hours. When guests arrive to the house for the first time they will find the house clean, we will ask to keep the house in the same condition you find it. We only charge one time cleaning fee and it is to clean up after departure. **Cleaning: If you would like to schedule a cleaning during your stay, we are happy to arrange this for you. We will charge $20 for a one time cleaning. This includes changing out linens and towels. **Bathroom: Please leave the bathroom in the same way you find it when you enter...Clean up the top after you wash your hands or teeth...Keep the mirror clean ...Step up on the rug leaving the shower...Please!! Don't leave hair in the shower, floor or walls. Empty the toilet basket when full, Don't flush toilet paper in the toilet, the system is sensitive and it will clog. **Kitchen: Clean up the stove after cooking, that way you will leave it clean for the next guest to use . Don't pile dishes in the dishwasher, other guests may need it at any time. Make sure you leave the microwave clean after warming food or coffee. Don't leave food in the refrigerator we will ask you to take them with you. Take out full trash bags and drop them in the trash bin outside in front of the garage. Please!! Don't let wasted food go into the drainage while washing your dishes, it can get clogged. **Check out instructions: We would like to ask that before checking out that you do your dishes and remove the linens from bathroom. Check for personal items before leaving. Turn off all the lights. Leave the keys on the desk of your room. Close the door but don’t lock it. Please message me when you are leaving. Guest access You will have access to a full kitchen. Fridge. Microwave, Range,(not oven) Toaster and Coffee maker. Washer & Dryer Dining room Living room During your stay I'm very available for guest by text messaging and phone. I will do my best to reply as soon as possible. If I don't answer please try texting as often as necessary since messages are many times delayed and can't use my phone at work usually from 3 to 11pm. Other things to note Please! **Refrain from smoking inside the house. We had an experience with a guest smoking marijuana inside de house when other guests were out or working making everybody uncomfortable when returning home. There is a little porche in front of the house which is appropriate for smokers. Or backyard for other smokers. Only service dogs accepted with a deposit. Also had an experience with a fake service dog. Some guests lie to get the reservation with their dogs. We found accidents caused by the dog such as urine on the edges of the furniture and bed. Some things needed to be replaced creating expenses. We don’t want to charge your credit card for that type of accidents, and an unwanted review. We don’t offer food ( breakfast, lunch, dinner, sodas or beers) We have had guests claiming all these for $35 a night. We offer nice and clean rooms for a good price. You won’t get a room in a hotel with continental breakfast for less than $90 for one night in all Rockford. So, please be considerate when leaving your review if you get a nice and comfortable stay for a good price. We will always leave you a good review. If you have questions or suggestions please make them in a text or at the end on private notes and that will help us to improve and keep offering a good price for travelers. You are always welcome, leave your worries and shoes at the door. The floor is very light and gets dirty very easily and much more if it rains or snows.. If you don’t mind leaving your shoes at the door it will help to keep the floor nice and clean for everyone. Help us to keep our towels clean, bright and without stain. Don’t use them to remove makeup or hair tint treatment. Same recommendations with linen, we have had guest that use oil on their hair and we can not remove it from pillow cases or sheets. Again, we don’t want to charge your credit card to replace stained linen. Once you are ready for checking out take garbage bags to the bin outside located in front of the garage . Dispose of any leftovers in the fridge. Wash dirty dishes. Check for personal items before leaving. Lock the window/s. Turn off all the lights. Leave the keys on the desk of your room.
