Lovely countryside home in the Major Lake District

Lovely home, just next to our owns, is located in a little corner of paradise, at the heart of the Lake Region. The house is located in the Ticino Regional Park, an ideal place to relax, and a perfect starting point for your exploration of our beautiful region. 15 minutes from Lake Maggiore and not far from other charming lakes such as Lakes Orte, Mergozzo, Monate and Varese. One hour from the wonderful Lake Como and the unmissable city of Milan. 40 min away from Rho fiera (motorway and rail) The space Moreover, it is very easy to reach: 10 minutes from Milan Malpensa airport, motorway connection at the Vergiate exit and convenient railway connection to Milan (Vergiate station). In addition, Rho Fiera, where all of Milan's most important trade fairs are held, can be reached by direct motorway connection from Vergiate to the Rho fiera exit where there are special car parks (about 40 minutes). Rho fiera can also be reached by train, again from Vergiate, where trains leave every hour (about 40 minutes). The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a toilet and two bedrooms (the first one with a king size bed 200x240, the second one with two single beds 90x190 and if requested a cot), high chair and cot for children,a private car park and a covered terrace where you can eat in spring and summer. It is equipped with all comforts: high-quality bedding, wifi, flat screen smartTV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. I am bilingual Italian/French and I speak reasonable English. I will be glad to provide you with all the practical and tourist information you need to have a very pleasant stay and to discover our beautiful region. Guest access You have the whole house at your disposal as well as the terrace and a large area of the garden.
