The space All the rooms of the villa enjoy a pleasant and peaceful view of the outdoor amenities and tropical nature. A beautiful bright open-space living room with high ceiling awaits you for your relaxing moments including: living area with smart TV, a dining area for 10 people, an equipped kitchen including large refrigerators, freezer, induction hobs, coffee machine, oven, toaster, microwave, toaster...Everything is there to be able to cook and organize convivial meals. All the rooms of the villa (living room and bedrooms) are air-conditioned. The 4 bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom, dressing room, and are equipped with a king size bed (180) and a desk. The large private pool of 11 meters in length will make everyone happy. Guests can enjoy the large covered terrace offering a dining area as well as a relaxation area equipped with sofas, ideal for your convivial moments at the edge of the koi carp basin. Private and secure parking. Various amenities for your comfort: fans in all rooms, washing machine... Possibility of providing you with baby equipment: baby bed, highchair, etc. depending on availability, contact us in advance to reserve the equipment. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. Other things to note Included in the price: pool maintenance (2 x week) and garden maintenance (1 x week), internet (fiber optic), cleaning and change of linens (sheets, bath towels and pool) 1 x week, water. Additional fees, to be paid by the guest at check-out: your electricity consumption (government price). A meter reading will be done at check-in and check-out. A security deposit of 20,000 THB (or in another currency) to cover any damage or degradation must be paid at check-in. The security deposit will be returned upon checkout.
