Cozy room in artistic apartment with garage

Artistic apartment in an excellent location, 5 minutes from the beach, supermarkets, pharmacies and shopping. I live in the apartment with my sister and a cat (the cat does not enter the rooms or climb on the beds), we are quiet and like to welcome people. We want to provide a pleasant stay for you! The space The room is spacious and cozy, accommodating 3 people comfortably (it is possible to accommodate a fourth person with an extra fee). Ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, clothes rack, pillows and bed linen included. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and is shared. Personal hygiene items are at the guest's expense. The shared areas are: living room, kitchen and service area. The living room is spacious, has a TV and a study/work table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate refrigerator in case you want to prepare meals.
