The newly-renovated condo features completely new furnishings with a modern, western feel. Fresh linens and bright, airy spaces welcome you to rest and recharge, or play hard! The condo has an open concept with entry, kitchen, living, and dining flowing together. A coat closet has plenty of room for your gear. The dining room can accommodate four to six, with gorgeous Mt. Princeton views in the winter, and shade trees in the summer. Our living room features a Room & Board couch with an integrated air mattress sleeper in a unique 60" x 70" size. We offer Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and Roku, with free WiFi throughout the condo. Our kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals in: full-sized stainless appliances, a toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, a variety of pots and pans (though the advanced chef may prefer to bring their own), crock pot, colander, cookie sheets, Pyrex and mixing bowls, and plenty of dishes and utensils. It comes with a welcome amenity including locally-roasted coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combo with a rubber mat for your safety. A full size washer and dryer are provided, as well as fresh, fluffy linens. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blowdryer, and iron and ironing board are also provided. The master bedroom has a Room & Board California King bed. Bedside tables include USB ports for charging your devices, and plenty of room to store clothes. Two luggage racks and a fan for summertime can be found in the closet. The linens and mattress are brand new. Blackout curtains provide a dark sleeping environment. The second bedroom can accommodate a family with a Twin XL over Queen bunk bed, and a twin trundle for up to four guests. The room features Arkansas Hill views, Pendleton Sherpa blankets, blackout curtains, a dresser, closet, fan for summertime, whimsical artwork, and two luggage racks. All linens and mattresses are new. Please note children under six should not play or sleep on the top bunk as it is quite high. There is one assigned parking spot. Extra parking is available in the condo lot first-come-first-serve, with unlimited street parking. Families can utilize our booster seat, pack n play, and kid-sized dishes. If you are vacationing with a large group please ask the hostess about other condos for rent in the complex. You can be close to friends & family yet have your own space. Melissa is local and available to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy BV. If possible, please contact her during normal business hours. All communication should go through the AirBnB app. Buena Vista punches far above its weight with dining and drinking options. There are excellent coffee and ice cream shops, bars with live music, a swanky bar and dives, pizza, diners, ethnic food, healthy food, local bakery, and a grocery store. The shopping is delightful and there are multiple sports stores, outfitting, bikes rentals, fishing, rafting, and ATVs & Jeep rentals. You’ll need a car to get here from Denver, Colorado Springs, or Vail, but once here, everything you need is within walking distance. There is ample free parking near the condo. The couch sleeper is 60” x 70”. Colorado summer days are hot and the nights are cool. We recommend you sleep with the windows open. Use fans from the closets to cool off the house quickly.
