Located in downtown Central Jakarta, our flat is bright & comfy, equipped with amenities perfect for any type of guest: - Longer stays: free parking, kitchen, washing machine - Family with kids: outdoor playground, kids-friendly utensils, baby chair (upon request) - Group of friends: 2bathrooms, king size bed, floor mattress (upon request) - Worker: wifi, working space, easy access car park, semi-private lift, - Staycation: bathtub, smart TV, pool, gym, nearby restaurants, malls, & attractions The space With a private entrance, you don't have to walk across the hallway to reach the apartment. This 72-square meter apartment is homy, cosy, and bright with lots of natural sunlight. It has all the things you need to make your stay more comfortable. We provide cooking utensils and dinnerware so you can cook simple meals in the kitchen and enjoy them in the dining area. But if you don't feel like cooking, there are tons of highly-rated restaurants nearby and some fast food joints, all within walking distance. You can do the laundry yourself as we provide a washing machine, laundry soap, and drying rack on the balcony. Or you can also use the laundry service located on the ground floor. Some basic amenities are provided (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, towel) as well as some tea, coffee, and sugar, but if you want to buy more there's a convenience store on the ground floor. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. Feel free to use the fridge, microwave, washing machine, TV, and bath tub, just make yourself at home! :) You will also have free access to outdoor facilities (gym, pool, and children's playground) located on the 5th floor. Other things to note UPDATE 2026 POTENTIAL NOISE: We are located inside a Muslim community so you may hear prayer calls (Adzan) several times a day, including, but not limited to, on 3 am for tahajjud prayer and 4 am for subuh prayer. The parking fee is 4,000 Rupiah per hour. Please let me know if you need a free parking card so I can register your car to the Building's Management. Please note it can only be done during office hours. We provide smart TV and free wifi, but connections can be poor sometimes. We have Netflix in our smart TV, but Guests need to log into their own account and log out before checking out. Please take off your shoes while inside the house :) Please note that this property is not a hotel (it is owned and run by my family). As such, there is no receptionist, concierge, daily cleaning service, and daily refilling.
