You will have the garden floor of a very comfortable and peaceful villa in the Çınarlı neighborhood of Marmara Island. You will be able to use all the facilities in the garden (barbecue, swing, parking, patio, etc.). The distance to the sea seems far from the balcony, but the view is the farthest part of the beach. There is a direct descent to the sea using the stairs behind the house. Your apartment door is separate, comfortable, peaceful and safe.
