Casa de Tia Lala #2 sleeps 16+guests w/9 beds

Casa de Tia Lala #2 is perfect for large families to come together under one roof and spend quality time together. This large home has 2 livings, sunroom, 2 dining, large yard & has plenty of space to sleep 16…possibly more. There are 9 total beds, plus 1 additional full size foam mattress, an air mattress, a comfortable couch and a playpen. We have vinyl flooring throughout the home. Bring the whole family and your pets too and create new memories. Please note there is a $40 pet fee per pet. The space The home is over 2700 square feet with 2 living areas, sunroom and large backyard. Master bedroom has a Queen with a new attached large walk in shower and tub. The second bathroom is near the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms and just off the main living room. There is king size bed in the second bedroom and a twin and full size bed in the 3rd bedroom. **full bed has 2 stacked foam mattresses so 2nd mattress could be used for additional guests** Our 4th bedroom is our sports themed room which is a converted garage area with its own private full bathroom and it has 1 king, 1 queen and a twin size bed. This 4th bedroom can sleep up to 5 adult guests. Our sunroom/bonus room has a twin size bed with another pullout twin size mattress underneath for a total of 2 guests in this space. That’s a total of 9 beds and then we have the full size mattress, (underneath mattress in 3rd bedroom) plus a full size air mattress and a baby playpen with baby foam mattress and padding for extra comfort. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and a large back yard. We have 2 backyard areas and you will have access to the largest area. Other things to note We love being able to host families, friends and all groups and want everyone to enjoy their stay. We have made the home pet friendly and welcome your fur babies at Casa de Tia Lala #2 with a $40 pet fee per pet. The maximum number of pets is 2 unless you get prior approval. Your fur babies must be well behaved and must be potty trained. We have installed a doggy door in the sunroom for easy access to the backyard. We ask that your fur babies not be allowed on couches or beds and that you pick up after them in the yard. There will be an additional $100 charge if the yard is not picked up or if fur is found on couches or linens. We understand that so many of your fur babies are like family and if they are used to being allowed on furniture, we ask that you bring your own linens to protect our furniture. Please note: We will strictly enforce the extra $100 fee if there are signs of pets on furniture or bedding. If any damage is caused by your pet, there will be additional charges for those damages. We do not allow smoking of any kind in the home and there will be a $100 charge if the home shows evidence of smoking. The smell is very hard to get rid of and you can’t have a home smelling of cigarettes for the next guests. We ask that bed frames and large furniture not be moved. If smaller furniture or mattresses are moved, we simply ask that it be placed back before checkout. Please do not tamper with smoke alarms or our ring cameras. We respect all guests privacy but outside ring cameras are in place for the safety of our guests and our home. We have tried to make our home as comfortable and as welcoming as we possibly could so that you may be able to relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. We ask that you be respectful of our rules, considerate of the neighbors and take care of our home just like you would your own.
