Bright and Stylish 1-Bdr Sunset Home

Welcome to our home! We are two architects/designers who decorated our space with loving care. Located in the family-friendly, quiet area of the Inner Sunset but one block from the MUNI train and bus stop that will take you directly downtown. Nearby is Irving St (5 min walk) and 9th Ave (15 min walk) where you can find many diverse restaurants and cafes. If you enjoy the outdoors, you can easily spend the day at Ocean Beach or Golden Gate Park from here. We can't wait for your visit! The space The space is on the second floor of a single family home. You will have a private entry and the entire space to yourself - living room, dining room, full kitchen, bedroom and bath. Basics in the kitchen and the bathroom will be provided for your stay. The rooms are spacious and bright (when it's not foggy!). There is no access to the backyard, balcony or downstairs at this time. We live here during some months of the year so please respect the locked door next to the laundry room and a few locked cabinets and closets where we will keep our belongings. Guest access We are well situated between a few MUNI stops, walkable to many sites in Golden Gate Park and a short distance away from Ocean Beach. Street parking is not difficult in this neighborhood if you are travelling by car, just make sure you check the street cleaning signs! We are closeby to many restaurants on Irving, Noriega and Taraval - we hope you can try out a few while you're here!
