We live on a quiet street with lots of common area in front and back, and it's a short bike ride to the famous Sunriver bike paths (two-mile ride to the Village). Even better, you'll live on a bike-path spur so there are no crowds of people riding by - just the locals. Enjoy our private hot tub off the master bedroom, snowy nights are often the best! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE, for our home's protection and yours, we have two security cameras outside the house pointed out away towards property lines.
