The price shown reflects the change that the host is now responsible for all of Airbnb's service fees of 15.5%. Airbnb will no longer display the 11.5% fee charged to the guest as a separate line item. Instead it will all be reflected in the price shown. This is not an effort for hosts to make more money, but to show the total cost, upfront to the guests. As involved members of the local community, we are proud to make a donation to Cable Area Resources in Emergencies (CARE) for every guest stay. CARE exists to help our fellow neighbors, friends, community members in and around the greater Cable area in times of crisis or emergency. We are also proud to support the American Birkie Foundation and Mt. Telemark Village.
