RUMAH PERDANA, a cozy place in Jakarta

When you and your family or relatives will be visiting Jakarta to attend a wedding invitation, family gathering, vacation etc., Rumah Perdana is your right choice. When staying in Jakarta, you will easily reach theplacesof your destination. The space The location in a quiet residential area, close to culinary spots and access to big roads is relatively close and easy Guest access The Perdana House consists of 4 Bedrooms, Double bed and all equipped with Air Conditioner. Guest capacity can be for 8 adults. If you are more than 8 people (max 10 people), you can rent 2 extra beds (w/ extra charge). This home consist of more than 2 floors. In lt 1, there is a living room, with a sofa & console. The living room is a family room to relax, watch TV & drink tea. The room is next to the dining room with a round table and 6 comfortable seating chairs There are 3 bathrooms with hot showers in lt 1. on the side there is a pantry and on the outside there is a wet kitchen for cooking Bedroom 1, located in latai 1 , double bed, equipped with dressing table, air conditioning, with hot shower in the room. in lt 2 consists of 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, double bed, there is a bathroom/ hot shower. On the second floor there is also a lounge room while watching TV. Next to the outdoor living room is suitable for coffee & smoking. Other things to note If needed, our staff can help clean the room/bathroom (house keeping).
