Neighborhood Guidelines The city has a Good Neighbor Policy we must follow: - No amplified music inside or outside the home. - Quiet hours are 10 PM - 7 AM. Its advised that all guests come indoors during those hours - Only 3 cars are allowed on the property. - The occupancy of the house is 6 guests over and a maximum of 10 during the day. - No smoking indoors and absolutely no illegal activity on the property.
