Welcome to Serendipity House. My home is in a very wonderful craftsman-style neighborhood. My home is close to: Osage House Wedding Venue Barn at the Springs Bike Trails Beaver Lake Walmart Home Office Walmart AMP Crystal Bridges Tyson JB Hunt University of Arkansas. My place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am a pet friendly home. My home is very centrally located to most destinations and pet friendly. I have a very large fenced in backyard for pets to run. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $25 for each pet. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms that will be available for all guests. You will have everything you could possibly need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking including pots, pans, crock pot, etc. There is enough serveware to accommodate more than 10 guests. You will have full access to all that is in the refrigerator, pantry and spice rack. The living room, as well as the Master bedroom and the big room upstairs, has a 48' - 52 " television. There is also a smart blu-ray dvd player in each of those rooms that have the option of Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. The living room also has Apple TV. I DO NOT HAVE CABLE so these are your only options. If you hope to watch live events that you are not able to stream on an iPhone and airdrop to Apple TV, you will need to go to a sports bar. The Master Bedroom has a queen size, super comfortable, adjustable base bed with premium bedding. The Master Bathroom has a deep jacuzzi tub that presents a spa-like atmosphere. The shower has dual heads and can fit 2 people. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs that each have 2 queen beds with premium bedding. The big room also has a king size bed. I will warn you that it is a very firm bed so choose your bed wisely. There is also a couch and a floor cushion that could reasonably sleep 2 smaller people. I also have a queen size air mattress which is brand new that has a built in air pump for use if necessary. This is in the closet of the big room. There is an additional comforter in the closet as well and additional linens in the linen closet to the right of the laundry room. There is one full bathroom upstairs with a shower/tub combo and an additional full bathroom downstairs off the kitchen. Guests have access to laundry facilities that is well equipped with all clothes washing needs. I do provide shampoo/conditioner, body wash, soap and a few extras that may surprise you!!! Please read my reviews!!!! You will not be sorry you booked my home for your stay in Northwest Arkansas!!!! I am very passionate about creating a very comfortable environment that goes above and beyond my guests expectations. I do my best to meet with guests but will not always be available to do so. You will have the entire home to yourself but I am very close and able to assist with any needs. If you have allergies to pets, please be aware that I do have indoor pets but they will not be in the home during your stay and they do not shed so you will not have to deal with fur. The neighborhood is a very quiet, close knit family community. All homes tend to watch out for each other. With that said, please be respectful of noise level. 80% of the families have very young children. My neighborhood has a very vocal POA. If the noise level is too loud or vehicles are parked blocking the sidewalk, they will either call me or the Cave Springs police department as well as fine me. If this occurs, you will be charged the fee for the fine. As always, Uber is the best way to get around if you don't have your own vehicle or you plan to partake in excessive adult beverage consumption. My home is 2.8 miles from I-49 on a road with a 25 mile per hour speed limit. It will take about 5-7 minutes to get to the interstate. You must be 21 to rent my home. If you are not 21 and would like to rent my home, you must have permission to do so. When you book, I will ask for a picture of your license which must match the profile picture and name of the guest booking the home. Please please please DO NOT SMOKE IN MY HOME. You may smoke outside on either the front or back porch. Again....please please please DO NOT SMOKE in my home. I do have Nest cameras outside. I am able to see the number of people that enter the home. Your reservation must reflect the same number of people that are staying in the home. If your group comes with several vehicles, please do everything you can to park all vehicles in the driveway. If you are unable to do so, please park in front of the house but not in front of the neighbor’s house.
