Oceanfront Condo. Amazing Views!

Welcome to Tower 6 ¾, our cozy, romantic, modern and newly remodeled 1-bedroom condo with whitewater views. We are just above Tower 7 at the south end of the Oceanside strand. Our space is bright and beautiful with accommodations for 4 people. Enjoy panoramic ocean views inside and out! Walk to the beach (sand is 10 min walk), fabulous restaurants, bars, and breweries in minutes or just sit on the patio and enjoy the breathtaking views. The space The space: The apartment is approximately 600 square feet, remodeled in 2022, facing Pacific street with ocean views from the living room sofa. The unit itself is perfect for a couple or small family with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a full sized sofa bed in the living room. We have a baby cot, highchair, and children’s toys for the the kiddos. Everything you need for the beach is included: chairs, cooler, shade, and sand toys. The living room faces the ocean and includes a loveseat which opens into a full size sleeper. The bed is firm but you won't have a sofa bed bar in your back. There is one Smart TV connected to WiFi for streaming all of your favorite channels. Between living room and open concept kitchen is the small bar (seating for 2) and a dining table. The kitchen is designed for cooking. We have every tool you may need, including a nespresso machine (with coffee), air fryer, coffee maker, blender, mixer, good knives, pots and pans, and basic cooking ingredients (oils, spices, salt, pepper). The slider off the living room opens onto a large oceanfront patio with 180-degree white water views. From here you can watch whales (in season) dolphins, sea birds, and surfers. The apartment sits on Pacific Street with great people watching - including lots of classic cars and low riders on weekends. For a home tour search "Tower 6 3/4" on YouTube. Guest access Tower 6 ¾ is within walking distance from downtown Oceanside (15 min) and South Oceanside (20 min). The train station is a 10 min walk. Situated just north of Wisconsin Street, there are many great restaurants, coffee houses, tap rooms, tasting rooms, and breweries within a 5-minute walk. There are three excellent parks for the kiddos all within a 15 min walk. As well, the best beach is a 10-minute walk away. Getting Around: Within a short drive or easy train ride, visit Legoland, local microbreweries, The Flower Fields of Carlsbad, Del Mar Racetrack, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Sea World, San Diego's Zoo Gaslamp/Old Town/Little Italy, Petco Field, Anaheim Stadium, Coronado Island, Balboa Island, La Jolla, Mission San Juan Capistrano, Mission Luis Rey, San Diego State Parks and Beaches, Temecula Wine Country, Disneyland & California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Birch Aquarium at Scripp's Institute of Oceanography, and Palomar Observatory. Other things to note Our rental is a one-bedroom apartment, situated in a tri-plex. We do live on the property, in the back unit and there are long-term renters next door. This space is probably not ideal for folks with mobility issues. Parking is on the street. We will provide you with a parking permit that allows you to park on Pacific Street. There is a street sweeping every 1st and 3rd Monday. Please note: We are Oceanfront (see pictures) but not Beachfront. The best sand beach is about 10 minutes walk away.
