The space Located centrally in Port Elliot its a leisurely stroll to all the cafes and shopping precinct that port elliot has to offer. It boasts a large kitchen, living and dinning area with a huge ceiling fan for summer and a cosi fire place for the cooler months. The main bedroom is set up for comfort with a King size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is set with a Queen bed and the third bedroom is set with two singles. Sanctuary bay is perfect for your next family getaway, girls trip, bridal shower or romantic escape. We are a pet friendly home and have a fully faced and secure yard for your Furry family members to enjoy. Guest access You will have private off street parking for two vehicles in the driveway for 37 Mason street. (please note this driveway also provideds access to our neighbours home to be sure they can still access their property clearly.) There is also street parking on the main road. you will find a cosy back yard to relax in or the front garden with outdoor dining and a BBQ or toast some marshmallows in the fire pit and relax with a glass of one of the fleurieus local wines. Other things to note Sanctuary bay is located in a residential area and we love our neighbours therefore please note this is not a party house and respect the noise level after 10pm. In line with the covid guidelines and to ensure our guests safety and comfort we no longer accept one night bookings. Linen is now available to book for your stay so you can walk in ready to go and begin relaxing. This will need to be booked directly through us so please let us know if this is required.
