3 bedroom, 3 bath home located right where the creek meets the lake in beautiful Georgetown. Backyard beehives on site. Currently there is construction on the opposite side of the lake. Noises vary during the day with the construction. Covid risks can cause area closures, and rental are affected when risks are higher. We will try to keep great communication should a closure be necessary. Guest access The entire house is available. There will be inaccessible storage closets and the garage is not currently available. The upstairs common space is suitable for sleeping in the summer months only. It gets too chilly in the winter. The house will sleep 8 in the summer and 6 in the winter. Other things to note A pack and play and stroller are available for guests with small children (in the laundry room closet). Much of the furniture is not child safe, we welcome children but please use caution. One simple television is available in the living area, suitable for DVD use only. We have internet but it is slow, and occasionally unreliable. The wood burning stove is unavailable due to insurance reasons. Please do not attempt to use it.
