Bright large duplex apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom and a large living room with open fully equipped kitchen. Located in the village of Lichtenhain, you are in the heart of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains with this apartment. You can hike directly from your apartment and are in 30 minutes' walk in the Kirnitzschtal, from where you can go on further hikes and via ferratas. In summer, you can cool off in the small pool in the garden and have a cozy barbecue on your own terrace. The space The apartment is decorated with love and has many cozy highlights and also a fully equipped kitchen. A terrace in front of the house offers you space to relax and a dining area with a barbecue and parasol. In the shared garden, there is also a swimming pool (3.66 diameter, height, 85 cm) in the summer to cool you down after a hike. Guest access You have your apartment with its own front door just for you. Your terrace is also only used by you. Only the garden area with pool and lawn can be shared by 2 other apartments.
