Peace At The River is a great place to work remotely or relocate for a couple of months. It is centrally-located with high speed internet and everything you need to make it your home. The complex is beautiful with large trees and a 1 K walking trail by the river The Tennis Court has a very active community with a what's app group. 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. 4 community areas with high speed internet to work or play 24 hour gated security making it very safe! WE WOULD LOVE TO HOST YOU IN CR! The space This first floor unit is all level with no tripping transitions. Close to tennis court and walking trail. Community cabana is right outside front door high speed internet. Guest access You can use Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court, community areas with high speed Wifi. Queen room closet will be locked at all times for owners storage. Other things to note Daniel used to be a tour guide in Costa Rica 30 years ago and has all the special spots to make this the trip of a lifetime. This is our personal home and our daughter and our Grand Cat stayed with until October 2024. If you have severe allergies to cats you might want to take that into consideration when booking with us. Because we share our personal home with guests from air bnb we store our personal belongings in the locked closet in the second bedroom. There is however a large walk in closet in the master bedroom that has two sides.
