Detached house of 37 square meters arranged on 2 floors, with garden and private parking space located at the end of a small village at the foot of the Tuscan Apennines. Immersed in nature for those who love to enjoy fantastic landscapes and tranquility, a short distance from the beaches of Versilia, the sea of the Cinque Terre and the art cities of Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Parma. Ideal for hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts. The space The house has a masonry kitchen, fridge, microwave, kettle, moka pot, gas stove, kitchen utensils/dishes and fireplace. On the ground floor, you will find the dining area with a table, sofa, and bathroom complete with shower, toilet, hairdryer, and a complete set of towels for each guest, as well as an iron. A wooden and iron spiral staircase leads to the bedroom consisting of an iron double bed, wooden dresser and bedside tables with Carrara marble top, lampshade, a wooden wardrobe from the late 1800s, blanket set, pillows and sheets, window overlooking the garden, French window that gives access to the balcony. In the house there is free Wi-Fi, heating and TV. Outside the house you will find a large fenced garden, porch with automatic cover with remote control, table and chairs, sun loungers. At the back of the house there is a wooden house inside which you will find a washing machine and barbecue. Guest access The house property includes a large fenced garden for the exclusive use of guests. Private parking is available and free public parking is a short distance away. The swimming pool, included in the amenities, is shared with the other two properties we own, but a part of the relaxation area complete with sunbeds, umbrella, director's chair and coffee table is dedicated to each property.
