Woodhouse upstairs unit

This upstairs unit is a relaxing place to stay, and has a lovely view of Lake Macquarie. The space This unit has an open plan living area which opens out into a generous sized deck. The 2 bedrooms are down the passage as is the bathroom. It is a street back from the waterfront where there is a lovely park to enjoy. Just a note that it is an upstairs unit, so we request that guests are pretty quiet etc, so as not to disturb any guests in the downstairs unit (which is also listed on Airbnb). Guest access Guests have the whole upstairs area to themselves. They only share the front and back yard with the guests in the downstairs unit and Troy (our caretaker) in the granny flat in the back yard. Other things to note *This is not suitable for pets, therefore we have a no pet policy (even though we love them). * NO PARTIES!! *There is a family of possums that live close by. You may see them at night wandering around as they are nocturnal animals. *Linen, bath towels, bath mat, hand towel, face washers and tea towels are provided but not beach towels. *noise does travel to the downstairs unit, so we have a quiet time between 10pm and 8am.
