The living room has a pull-out full bed, and a single futon bed. THE SUITE IS CONNECTED TO MAIN HOUSE. You will share two walls, the pool, bbq, and backyard with the main house. The suite comes with a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The property is 10 minutes from Phoenix Raceway, and 15 minutes from State Farm Stadium! The space The private keyless entry way brings you right into the living room. Along with the sofa/bed you will have seating for two on the single futon. There is a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and general supplies available. The bathroom is conveniently located right off the living room and next to the bedroom. The AC/HEAT is CONTROLLED by The HOST. Guest access You will have access to the entire private suite. The backyard oasis is yours to use 24/7. This is a shared space, but my husband and I are gone frequently. Other things to note There is a busy street near by, and there is some road noise at peak traffic times. Our dogs will be home and may bark upon your arrival. They are miniature poodles and are hypoallergenic . They have their own dog park area that isn’t connected to the backyard. Once they settle in you won’t even know they are here! The SUITE IS CONNECTED to the main house, and AC/HEAT is CONTROLLED by host. Quite time is 1000pm 7 days a week.
