Centrally Located - Stylish Private Studio Suite

This sweet and cozy studio apartment at "The Heartland House" is perfect for 1 or 2 guests. It is centrally located in Lincoln, NE with free private off-street parking. The keyless entry makes coming and going a breeze! The "Sunrise View Suite" is fully furnished with furniture, kitchenware, bed linens, towels, etc. - Pretty much anything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Attractive AND functional is what we are going for and I think we nailed it in this cozy studio apartment! The space We call this studio apartment the "Sunrise View Suite" because it's on the east side of the "Heartland House." Don't let that deter you if you aren't a morning person though! We have light blocking curtains and shades on every window in the home making it easy to sleep in or sleep during the day if you have the night shift. The Sunrise View Suite is one out of 5 apartments in the Heartland House. The studio part of the house has a living area with loveseat and a smart TV. (Keep in mind, we do not have cable. We do have a smart TV which you can sign into your Netflix/Hulu/Fubo/Sling/etc accounts) There is also a queen sized bed, closet with dresser, and bunches of storage. We have made this space incredibly efficient with more storage that you would normally ever see in a place this size! We are really great at making small spaces mighty! The over 9 foot tall ceilings and natural light also make this home feel spacious. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, etc. It is furnished many of the necessary kitchen items you will need during your stay. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, vanity, toilet, and plenty of storage. We have bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and bath mats stocked as well as paper goods to get you started on your stay. The Sunrise Suite is one of 5 apartments at the "Heartland House." Guest access You have access to your entire "Sunrise View Suite." The only shared spaces are the common stairs and hallways leading to your studio apartment, the laundry room with washer and dryer downstairs, and the front porch where you are welcome to hang out and enjoy the day.
