Newly refurbished with everything you need to enjoy your vacation in Malaga. The space The apartment is designed so that guests staying have everything they need for a comfortable stay. It is a very spacious apartment, with very high ceilings in the living room and exterior windows that provide plenty of natural light throughout the day. The bedroom is upstairs, and you do have to be a bit careful with your head because the ceiling is a bit low here!! The ceilings are made of wood, which makes the apartment a very warm and cozy place. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and everything you need to cook. We have air conditioning and central heating, but it's an apartment where it's not usually very hot in the summer and it's not cold in the winter. Small TV and free Wi-Fi. -Due to the central location of this accommodation, there may be some disturbance from outside noise (passers-by on the street, neighbors, parties), and this will not be subject to any compensation. -Please note that all guests (regardless of age) must complete the legal registration form Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you will be asked to indicate the type of family relationship. Guest access The building is very quiet, the entrance is somewhat narrow. We have an elevator and the apartment is on the first floor. Other things to note In a first floor apartment overlooking Calle Especerías, one of the most popular streets in the historic center of Malaga and where most of the thrones of Semana Santa pass.
