Lying on Limekiln Dyke by Gay's Staithe near Neatishead the Cottage has direct access by water to Barton Broad, Herons Carr Nature Reserve & The Boardwalk and is only 4 miles from Wroxham or 3 miles from Horning. With 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin bedroom (2 singles) 1 single room there is plenty of space in this delightful cottage. A no smoking property. Guest access There is a brick built bbq in the parking area with a wooden door, inside this door is the key safe. The key safe number is below. Please make sure that bins are visible at the gate ready for collection on Friday morning, we would ask that the bins are moved up for collection on Thursday evening. There is a waster calendar in your 'May Stay Planner' which will tell you the days for each bin. Please be aware that the pond at the end of the garden is private property and not be used during your stay.
